| Mocha Passport Terms of Use |

| These Terms of Use apply to Mocha Passport, its website, Member Services, and related account, sign-in, privacy, moderation, and integration features operated by MochaChat Contributors. |

| 1. PRE-RELEASE SERVICE Mocha Passport is currently part of a pre-release service stack. Features may change or be interrupted without notice, and you should not rely on the service for production-critical or safety-related use. |
| 2. ACCOUNT USE You may create and use a Mocha Passport account for lawful use of the Mocha network. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. |
| 3. ACCEPTABLE USE You may not abuse registration, login, token, contact, privacy, activity-alert, integration, or administrative functions; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate others; or use Mocha Passport to support spam, fraud, malware, or other unlawful behavior. |
| 4. MODERATION AND ACCESS CONTROL Mocha may suspend, disconnect, limit, or ban access when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or service integrity. Administrative actions can include temporary or permanent bans, moderator notices, forced sign-outs, and account-level access changes. |
| 5. MEMBER SERVICES AND WEBSITE TOOLS Mocha may expose web-based Member Services features such as account sign-in, registration, display-name editing, password changes, and future self-service account tools. Those features are still evolving and may be added to, changed, or removed. |
| 6. SERVICE STATUS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Mocha may publish public service-status information, update notes, and administrative announcements related to the availability, maintenance, or moderation state of the network. |
| 7. DISCLAIMERS Mocha Passport is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free behavior. |
