Password recovery for Mocha Passport is planned around a verified recovery email. If recovery is not available for your account yet, contact support and include your Mocha sign-in name.

Check your sign-in name

On the Mocha Mail sign-in page, enter only the part before @mochachat.net. For example, enter bashfulwizard, not the full address.

Make sure your account is activated

Some Mocha services may require account activation before webmail is available. If your account was migrated from a legacy email sign-in, finish the migration and activation steps first.

Use the secure site

Always use https://webmail.mochachat.net. If your browser warns that the connection is not secure, do not enter your password.
