Mocha Game Activities
Shared activities for conversations
Mocha Game Activities are planned as reviewed two-person experiences launched from a conversation. The design borrows the useful parts of the MSN Messenger Activity SDK while avoiding legacy ActiveX trust.

Catalog entryName, description, launch URL, size, category, participant limits, and hidden/beta flag live in the manifest.
Side-by-side launchActivities open from the conversation action pane and are paired with the same remote contact.
Activity channelSmall data packets are delivered through Mocha using explicit initialize/send/receive events.
Rate limitsEach activity declares a packet budget so games cannot flood the conversation channel.
Legacy shimA developer-only `window.external.Channel` compatibility layer can help port old samples during testing.

Developer preview: Activity packages are not installable from the public catalog yet. Start with prototypes, keep packets small, avoid external trackers, and submit early designs for review in the forums. Clean-room Tic Tac Toe and Western Duel samples are included in the project documentation under docs/addins/samples.
