Status: The add-in platform is in planning and early documentation. Emoticon packs are available today; broader add-in packages and catalog installation are not enabled for public use yet.
Add-in documentation
Start with the add-in overview and manifest reference to understand package structure, permissions, and supported entry points.
Tabs are planned for Mocha services, community tools, partner offerings, and packaged HTML panels that appear inside Messenger without exposing private account data by default.
Mocha add-ins will begin with safe, declarative extension points such as emoticon packs, help links, action-pane links, and user-selected message templates. Richer capabilities will be added only after permissions, signing, and sandboxing are ready.
